A free consultation with the decision makers to discuss goals and issues and what you'd like to do to achieve them

By the end of this meeting, we will have an idea of what will be involved going forwards and I will provide you with a fully transparent pricing structure and a contract of work.

Step 2

You have taken the positive step to improve yourself, or your business. We will now work together to create a bespoke path to achieve your goals and I will provide you with your personalised Plan of Action

Step 3

Do it.....and follow up!

Implementing the course of action be it 121 coaching, a business plan, workshop, academy or project. Including the essential follow ups, so we can plan to celebrate when the goal is achieved!

What I do

I work with you to improve performance in all aspects of your business through strategic planning, challenging mindsets and team building.

Everyone is unique. I get to know you and your company. We will work together to plan and realise your goals and dreams through adapting successful proven programmes including Mentoring, Workshops, Academies and Project planning. These can be on a 121 basis or in groups and I guarantee your Company values will be at the centre of everything we do.

For those that want a fairy godmother (or a headmistress depending on your style!) - I am your person. We will arrange planned check ins as the follow up is the most crucial stage for a plan to be successful. This is where I get my fulfilment of a job well done

Working in the financial services industry over the past 24 years, I started in a call centre and progressed to being a Senior Sales Manager in North and East London, working for the largest brokerage in the UK.

Throughout my career I have been fortunate to work with a few incredible people who have helped me realize my potential. It is this support that I always strive to replicate to those around me, to help people feel the pride and satisfaction of being the very best in their chosen field...'nurturing excellence' comes naturally to me.

To build upon my management skills, following many years of producing high performing leaders and teams - I undertook additional studies achieving distinction at a Level 5 accreditation as a Chartered Manager.

I now share my experience and skills both within and outside of financial services.
